It is raining again. I mean it has been raining for like two months! I can count the sunny/non-rainy days on two hands! I can’t plant the garden because of all of this rain and I don’t want the seeds to just all rot. So I guess that we will have to wait a month or so to start planting. The backyard is a mess and we still have so much to do. But we just can’t! It is way too wet!
So in the mean time…..

Ok…So….. Quinn White Cheddar and Sea Salt Popcorn is so fantastic! These are Pure Pop bags! There are no chemical or plastic coating on the bag. Which is an awesome idea!
You are going to need to shake on the oil and the flavor topping. Totally fun for a kid to do. Directions and suggestions are on the side of the box. The box is recyclable and is made of recycled materials. Bonus is that the popping bag is compostable if you are into that or at least it is recyclable.
Ok so I think that you can figure out everything from here. Everything is on the back of the box. Ingredients are listed on the back. With the pour and shake you can add as much or as little of the oil and seasoning that you want.

Nutrition Facts! MADE IN THE USA!!!!! I LOVE companies/products that are made in the USA! It might seem silly but I feel like I am helping someone create their own American Dream. This country was built on that American Dream!
What I think that I love most about this popcorn, honestly….is the flavor. There is just enough salt incorporated with the white cheddar seasoning that it takes care of the salty craving. The white cheddar flavor is the best that I have ever had. Most of the time I shy away from the white cheddar flavors because it just tastes so artificial to me. It usually makes me just feel gross over all.
But this is totally different. This is cheesy and I mean cheesy. Make sure that you have a napkin or two around.
Don’t be afraid to lick your fingers…..

Probably due to the quality of the product and trust me you do pay for that quality. But I have always lived by the mantra of Quality over Quantity!

Freezer meals to the rescue!
Made two fantastic freezer meals to stock up and have around for the hubby and my daughter when I am working.
Shredded Chicken with Summer Veggies
These two recipes are easy and fast. I made both of them and cleaned up in just under two hours. This does include getting my freezer bags labeled and sealed and in the freezer. My dishwasher is currently running so somethings are just going to have to wait.
Dinner tonight…
We have made this in the past and it was a huge hit. This would also be great for dinner parties!
